Chivas DavisLocked-In Foundation

Two phases to end the weekly artist scramble — your customized CRM live before summer programs kick off, then a consultation that maps who you serve and aligns your offerings.

💰Investment Overview
To start today
$1,250
Phase 1 deposit — balance on delivery
Phase 1CRM Foundation
$2,500
Phase 2ICP & Service Offering Alignment
$1,350

Phase 1 deposit kicks off the work immediately. Phase 2 is invoiced when Phase 1 wraps — you see it working before committing to Phase 2.

If a class fall through now, there's nobody to pick it up. I got to call all the artists and try to find somebody.

Chivas Davis, in our discovery

Here's what we're building.

Where we are → Where we end up

The transformation

Where you are now
  • Contacts sitting in Setmore that have never been worked.
  • Artist scheduling in Google Sheets — a single cancellation triggers a callaround.
  • Setmore, Wave, iContact, and Sheets all running side by side with nothing talking to each other.
  • Website only shows the summer-camp side of the business — seniors and institutions are invisible.
  • No retention loop for the annual city and parks & rec clients.
  • Previous attempt at a customized CRM stalled — configuration was the blocker, not the tool.
Where you end up
  • One customized CRM holding every contact, tagged by ICP segment.
  • Artists scheduled and auto-assigned — class pickups handled by the system, not by phone.
  • Pipeline visibility on every prospect, every program, every renewal.
  • A clear map of every audience you serve and the offerings aligned to each — the blueprint your future website gets built from.
  • Clean, structured data and mapped workflows — the foundation AI needs to take over the day-to-day later.
  • You, taken out of the day-to-day — the goal you named on day one.
The path

Where this is going

Two phases now, each priced and approved on its own. The website is a separate phase that gets scoped once the audience work is done — so you always see what you are paying for before you commit.

Phase 1In flight now
CRM Foundation

Your customized CRM goes live — contacts centralized, artists auto-scheduled, the callaround gone.

Phase 2Next up
ICP & Service Offering Alignment

A working consultation that maps every audience and aligns your offerings. Consultation only — the blueprint, not the build.

Phase 3Later — priced then
Website Build

Built from the Phase 2 blueprint. Scoped and priced when Phase 2 wraps — not included here.

The Engagement

Two phases. Two decisions.

Phase 1 · Foundation Step

CRM Foundation

Outcome

Your business runs on one customized CRM. Contacts are centralized, artists are scheduled with round-robin assignment, and the weekly artist callaround ends.

What we do
  • Stand up your customized CRM, configured for Paint with Faith specifically.
  • Migrate Setmore contacts in, tagged and segmented — after-school, seniors, cities, homeschool prospects.
  • Build the artist roster, availability calendar, and round-robin assignment for class pickups.
  • Set up the pipeline — booked, scheduled, delivered, invoiced — so nothing falls through.
  • Connect intake so new bookings land in the CRM, not in three different places.
  • Hand it over with a walkthrough — this is yours to operate, not a black box.
What you walk away with
One customized CRM, live and loaded with your real data Automated artist scheduling that ends the callaround A pipeline you can see at a glance A clean, structured data layer — the foundation everything AI-related needs next
Why this is the AI step

Step one of running on AI is having clean, structured data in one place an AI can actually use. The CRM is not the destination — it is the foundation. Phase 1 delivers the data layer everything AI-related needs next.

$1,250 deposit to start, $1,250 on delivery. 2–3 build days from receipt of payment and assets.
Phase 2 · Step Two

ICP & Service Offering Alignment

Outcome

You know exactly who you serve, in their own words, and your service offerings are aligned to each audience. This is the blueprint — the website that gets built from it is the next phase, scoped and priced once this work is done.

What we do
  • Run a working consultation (3–4 hours) to map every ICP — seniors, after-school, cities, homeschool — with the demographic and psychographic detail needed to speak to each.
  • Align your service offerings to each audience — what you sell to a senior facility is not what you sell to a homeschool co-op.
  • Document the messaging angles and positioning for every segment, in their own language.
  • Produce the ICP blueprint your future website gets built from — no website design or build is included in this phase.
What you walk away with
A documented ICP map you can hand to any future hire or franchisee Service offerings aligned to each audience you serve Messaging and positioning per segment, ready to build on The audience clarity AI needs to write, respond, and nurture in each voice later
Why this is the AI step

The ICP work and audience clarity AI needs to write, respond, and nurture in each voice only pays off when there is structured data to apply it against — which is exactly what Phase 1 delivers. Phase 2 builds that map on top of the foundation.

Invoice issued at Phase 1 completion. $675 deposit to start Phase 2, $675 on delivery. Consultation only — the website is a separate, later phase.
The AI Path

How these phases stack toward AI

Each phase is one layer of the same stack. You cannot put AI on top until the layers beneath it exist.

AI in the WorkflowsLater

AI writing, responding, and nurturing inside the system you built.

Audience ClarityPhase 2

Who you serve and what you sell them — mapped in their own words.

Structured DataPhase 1

One CRM an AI can actually read and act on.

Why this order

The sequence you laid out

You laid this sequence out yourself at the expo — we are reflecting it back because it is right. The order matters, and each phase exists because the next one would fail without it.

1
CRM before everything

Everything downstream — the audience map, and eventually the website — only works if there is a real system behind it. With the CRM standing first, every contact and lead lands somewhere it can be tagged, routed, and scheduled instead of becoming another note you cannot action.

2
ICP & offering alignment in Phase 2

The ICP consultation only pays off when there is structured data to apply it against, which is exactly what Phase 1 delivers. We map the audiences and align the offerings first — that blueprint is what the website phase later gets built from.

3
This is the AI path

Step 1 is structured data in one place — Phase 1. Step 2 is knowing the work and the audiences end to end — Phase 2. Step 3 is putting AI inside those workflows. Phases 1 and 2 build the foundation so Phase 3 becomes possible.

Investment

Two phases. Pay as each one starts.

Total across all phases
$3,850

Phase 1 starts with a $1,250 deposit. You only commit to Phase 2 once Phase 1 is working.

Phase 1 — CRM Foundation: $2,500 total. $1,250 deposit on approval kicks off the work. $1,250 balance on delivery.

Phase 2 — ICP & Service Offering Alignment: $1,350 total. $675 deposit at Phase 2 kickoff, invoiced at Phase 1 completion. $675 balance on delivery. Consultation only — no website design or build is included.

The website itself is a separate, later phase — scoped and priced once the ICP alignment is done, so it gets built from a real map instead of a guess.

You see Phase 1 working before you commit to Phase 2. You can stop after any phase and keep everything built.

50% deposit to start each phase. 50% on delivery. No surprises.

Common questions

FAQ

No. Phase 2 is the ICP and service-offering alignment consultation only — it produces the blueprint. The website design and build is a separate phase, scoped and priced once the alignment work is done, so it gets built on a clear map of who you serve instead of a guess.

Because every one of those tools is solving a fragment of the problem, and none of them talk to each other — which is exactly why the artist callaround keeps happening. One customized CRM ends the fragmentation and gives AI something to act on later. The other stack cannot get you there.

Last time you were configuring it yourself with no expert support — that is the actual blocker, not the tool. This time we configure it for Paint with Faith specifically, load your real data, build the artist scheduling, and walk you through operating it. You inherit a working system, not a blank one.

Tell us and we adjust the timeline. The 2–3 day build only starts when the deposit and assets land. Slipping the start by a few days slips the live date by a few days — nothing breaks.

Parked, exactly as we agreed. Single-tenant Paint with Faith first, stable and producing cash, then the franchise architecture goes on top of the same foundation. Phase 1 is built so that is an extension later, not a rebuild.

Also parked, as agreed. Paint with Faith is the revenue engine — we stabilize that first, and Whole Armor gets its turn once cash flow is steady.

Because step one of running on AI is having clean, structured data in one place that an AI can actually use. The CRM is not the destination — it is the foundation. Phase 1 and Phase 2 give us the data and the audience map AI needs to take over the day-to-day in a later phase. Skip this and AI has nothing to work with.
